HOW DOES IT WORK?
Simply sign up for 3, 6, or 12 months and a brand new and exclusive Gibsons 1000 piece puzzle will be delivered to you every month, for the duration of your subscription.
Your first subscription puzzle will be despatched from our warehouse within 2 days of ordering. Your monthly puzzles thereafter will then be despatched from our warehouse in the first week of each month.

Is delivery free?
Yes, we ship all subscription puzzles free to you on a 48-hour tracked service.
Will my subscription auto-renew?
No. There are no hidden extras or auto re-enrolment. We will email you at the end of the subscription to offer you the option to re-subscribe.
What if I already have this Gibsons jigsaw puzzle?
As a benefit of being a Gibsons subscriber, all puzzles are available on the subscription scheme before they go on general release, so you definitely won't have it in your collection!
What type of puzzles will I receive?
It’s a surprise! You will receive one of our 1000-piece jigsaw puzzles which has not yet been released. This could be a mix of our traditional blue box designs, contemporary white logo range and special limited edition lines.
What will it cost?
3 months subscription £16 per month - delivery every month
6 months subscription £15.50 per month - delivery every month
12 months subscription £15.00 per month - delivery every month
Can I cancel my subscription?
You have a 14 days cooling-off period from the day you sign up. If you wish to cancel, please email hello@gibsonsgames.co.uk.
After the 14 day cooling-off period you will be charged monthly for the length of your subscription.
When will I be charged for my subscription?
Payments will automatically be taken for the subscription on the 3rd of every month for the duration of your subscription. You will receive the jigsaw puzzle once the funds have been cleared through our bank.
When will my puzzle be despatched?
Your first subscription puzzle will be despatched from our warehouse within 2 days of ordering. Your monthly puzzles thereafter will then be despatched from our warehouse in the first week of each month, any changes we will notify you.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes, pause any time, for up to two months. Perfect if you will be going away or just want to take a break.
Can I return the puzzle if I don’t like it?
If the puzzle is not to your taste, I’m afraid you are unable to return it for a refund or exchange.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, the subscription scheme is currently only available to those based in the UK.

Donate, Recycle, Pass It On, Swap......
DONATE
Donate your puzzle to a worthy cause, such as a local charity shop, so that the charity can make money from selling your puzzle.
RECYCLE
Your jigsaw puzzle is fully recyclable.
The biodegradable stickers can be disposed of with your food waste, the cardboard box and puzzle can be recycled and the plastic bag can be recycled by many councils. Please note that we are working hard to find a biodegradable alternative.
PASS IT ON
Everyone loves a puzzle! Rather than throwing your puzzle away, why not give it to a friend or neighbour?
Our puzzle pieces are super thick, which means they can be enjoyed again and again.
