How much is delivery?
• Standard UK Delivery: (3-5 working days) excluding personalised products
Standard UK delivery for Personalised Puzzles is 10-14 days.

2. UK Flat Rate: £2.95 for orders under £40
• UK Express: £3.95 (Guaranteed Next Working Day Delivery if ordered before 2pm Monday- Friday) Please note if you order on a Friday using this service your order will not arrive until Monday
If you have ordered a Personalised Puzzle, your order will be delivered to your door within 14 days of purchase. Please note, we cannot offer next day delivery for this service so do not select this option at checkout as you will be charged and delivery will still take up to 14 days.
Standard Personalised Product Delivery Lead Times
As our personalised products are carefully handmade in Devon, UK, it can take a bit longer to get your items to you depending on where you are in the world.
Our handling time is around 10 - 15 days, and delivery will be based on the method you select, which could be up to 5 days in the UK if you select standard delivery. For delivery to the US and Europe, we take into consideration the longer delivery times, and will always try our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.
- UK: Up to 15-20 working days
- Europe: Up to 20-25 working days
- International: Up to 20-25 working days
International Shipping Charges
Our shipping charges are as follows for non-UK Delivery. Please note these shipping costs do not include import duty:
- Asia £20
- North America - £15 or FREE shipping on orders of £100+
- South America - £24
- Oceania- £22
- Africa- £29
- Europe - £12 excluding Ireland
- Ireland - £4.99

Returns and Exchanges
Faulty goods will be fully refunded or we can replace your bag of jigsaw pieces; we will pay the return postage. Faulty jigsaws must be returned within 30 days for a refund or within 1 year for a replacement bag of pieces.
Non-faulty goods must be returned within 7 days after receiving the product. The cost of the goods will be refunded, so long as the goods are still in the condition that they left our warehouse in. The return postage will not be refunded unless the reason for return is due to a mistake by ourselves.
