• UK and Ireland Flat Rate: £2.95 (Royal Mail, First Class, usually next day)
• UK Express: £4.99 (Guaranteed Next Working Day Delivery if ordered before 3pm Monday- Friday) Please note if you order on a Friday using this service your order will not arrive until Monday

Returns and Exchanges
Faulty goods will be fully refunded or we can replace your bag of jigsaw pieces; we will pay the return postage. Faulty jigsaws must be returned within 30 days for a refund or within 1 year for a replacement bag of pieces.
Non-faulty goods must be returned within 7 days after receiving the product. The cost of the goods will be refunded, so long as the goods are still in the condition that they left our warehouse in. The return postage will not be refunded unless the reason for return is due to a mistake by ourselves.
