The Best Jigsaw Puzzles for Millennials

Following the trend of mindfulness and the nation’s desire to spend less time looking at a screen, we have noticed that increasingly more of the younger generation are starting to turn to puzzles to relax. By forgoing digital devices, at least temporarily, people can let go of the stress that stems from constant connectivity. Another reason behind this recent on-going trend is that jigsaw puzzles have been proven to exercise the mind, boosting cognition and visual-spatial reasoning, but they have also been shown to increase creativity and productivity.

With the recent wave of young adults wanting to take a ‘digital detox’ and refrain from using their digital devices, puzzling has become a popular pastime as it is an excellent way to relieve stress and focus on the present moment. Young adults of today are puzzling more than ever, as it is a great way to disconnect and engage in a task that is immersive. Piecing together a jigsaw puzzle helps your mind to stay positive and take a breather from the stresses of day-to-day life. The oh so satisfying act of successfully placing a puzzle piece to basking in the completed image is exactly what keeps us all returning to our puzzle board for more!

This is the main reason why as a young person, my favourite puzzles are from our White Logo Collection. These puzzles consist of striking, design-led images that don’t conform to the usual jigsaw puzzle traditions. Our White Logo Collection is perfect for the new wave of puzzlers who are looking for more contemporary designs rather than traditional puzzle scenes. I have included some of the puzzles from this collection that help me to unwind after a long task or a very stressful day!
