It’s 1940, at the peak of the Battle of Britain, in this 500 piece jigsaw puzzle by Nicholas Trudgian.

 A Spitfire and Messerschmitt tussle above the Thames, as the sun sets over wartime London. The German plane, bested by the superior flying of the RAF pilot, starts crash landing. A bullet has pierced the armoured body of the Messerschmitt and a plume of black smoke begins to trail from its underside.

This 500 piece puzzle was drawn by the talented artist Nicholas Trudgian. Its smaller size and piece count make it perfect for those with limited space for puzzling.
