What are our delivery services?
For UK deliveries we use Yodel and Amazon Shipping. Standard UK delivery takes 3-5 working days.
Express delivery is guaranteed on the next-working-day if ordered Monday to Friday before 2 PM (excluding bank holidays).

What are delivery costs for international orders?
- Ireland - €25 or FREE shipping on orders of over €100
- Europe - £20
- USA - £55 or FREE shipping on orders of over £200
- Canada - £60
- South America - £60
- New Zealand and Australia - £60
*Please note these shipping costs do not include import duty. Costs also vary for Kingmaker - please observe at checkout.
Returns and Exchanges
Faulty goods will be fully refunded and we can replace your bag of jigsaw pieces. This policy excludes Mystery Boxes, which are not covered by our warranty.
Please also note that we are unable to send replacements to customers outside of the UK.
Faulty jigsaws must be returned within 30 days for a refund or within 1 year for a replacement bag of pieces. Non-faulty goods must be returned within 7 days after receiving the product.
The cost of the goods will be refunded, so long as they are still in the condition they left our warehouse in. However, return postage will not be refunded.
