As an independent British company, we are passionate about preserving the Great British High Street and driving footfall to our independent retailers who support our business year after year.
To say a big thank you to both our retailers and puzzlers for their continued support, we launched our Loyalty Scheme back in 2014 and six years later it's still going strong.
Here’s how it works:
- Collect your loyalty card from your favourite independent puzzle shop. The retailer will write the name of their shop on the top of the card and you can only use the card in their shop.
- Every time you purchase a Gibsons puzzle, you will receive a stamp on your loyalty card and the retailer will write the puzzle product code in the space below; verifying that this is a genuine purchase. Any suspected fraudulent claims will be taken very seriously.
- When a loyalty card has 6 ‘G’ stamps on it, you are entitled to a free Gibsons jigsaw puzzle (up to the value of a standard 1000 piece puzzle). Swap your completed loyalty card for your chosen free puzzle. The retailer will send the loyalty card back to our head office.
- We retain the completed loyalty cards and send retailers the free puzzles that have been redeemed as part of their next Gibsons order.
