We're disappointed to report that some orders placed on our website between 29th Jan - 2nd February have been delayed.
Every order was processed and dispatched by our warehouse. However, the parcels have unfortunately been caught up in a delay upon entering the Hermes network.
Hermes have informed us that they are working to resolve this issue as swiftly as possible.
We would like to apologise for the delay and can assure you that your parcel will be with you soon. If you have not received it by Saturday 13th February please let us know by emailing email@example.com.
We will be in touch if we receive any further updates from our courier.
