We are committed to building a diverse, fair, and inclusive workplace. Our hiring and people policies are designed to be open and unbiased, with regular reviews to ensure we are doing the right thing. 

We take care to consider the needs of all employees, ensuring no one is disadvantaged and that everyone is treated with dignity and respect. Our Culture Club meets regularly to give every team member a voice and a chance to help shape our workplace. 

Supporting wellbeing and menopause awareness 

We understand how important it is to feel supported at every stage of life. As proud signatories of the Menopause Workplace Pledge, we are committed to supporting women through their menopause journey with care and understanding. 

Our menopause policy helps managers provide thoughtful support, and our regular discussion group creates a safe, open space for conversation, whether you are experiencing menopause, supporting others, or simply wanting to learn more. We also promote wider wellbeing through dedicated sessions for our team. 

Enhanced maternity support 

We recognise that becoming a parent is a life‑changing moment. We support our team through this transition with enhanced maternity provision, helping them find a balance that works for them and their families. 

Creating inclusive, representative products 

We work closely with a wide range of talented puzzle artists and inventors to ensure our puzzles reflect the world around us. Our aim is to offer designs that are uplifting, engaging, and resonate with different interests, life experiences, and perspectives, including those that bring comfort, nostalgia, and joy. 

Training and development 

We are passionate about learning and growth. Through initiatives such as the Government Apprenticeship Scheme, we support young people in building their skills and confidence. 

We also provide diversity and inclusion training to our team, helping us continue to learn, listen, and improve.
