Purchase orders cannot be amended, modified, cancelled, or delayed without charge once processed by Gibsons. Prices are correct at time of printing but may be subject to change. Prices are available on request.
Bespoke product orders will be subject to separate contractual agreements between both parties.
All shortages, damages, part delivery and non-delivery claims must be notified in writing, via the claim form, with photographs to support the claim, within 2 working days of receipt of goods. Claim form available on request: email@example.com
All prices are nett EX WORKS including packing in standard cartons. Pallets, Export cases and Insurance will be charged at cost. Minimum value £350 Ex Works.
Customers may not resell products on 3rd party platforms (i.e., Amazon). We reserve the right to refuse to fulfil any order from a customer considered to be in breach of this condition. Breach of these terms may result in the closure of your account with Gibsons.
Payment of invoices shall be due by 30 days from the date of invoice. Payments made outside this timeframe may result in your account being suspended. Gibsons reserves the right to charge interest on late payments at 8% above the Bank of England reference rate in force on the date the debt becomes due.
Title to the goods shall remain vested in Gibsons and shall not pass to the Buyer until the purchase price for the goods (and any other goods supplied to the same customer by Gibsons), has been paid in full and received by Gibsons.
Gibsons offers a replacement part service direct to consumers, which can be accessed by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org or via the website at https://gibsonsgames.co.uk/pages/warranty-claims. All goods supplied by Gibsons conform to the appropriate Product Safety legislation, where required to do so.
These conditions apply to the exclusion of any other standards, specifications, conditions, or particulars of or adopted by the Customer unless expressly accepted in writing by Gibsons as part of an overriding contract.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and all parties shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
